1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading the Real Fast Photos app or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Service Description Real Fast Photos provides professional photo enhancement services for real estate listings. You submit photos through the app, we process and enhance them, and deliver the results for download within your account.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • The fee is $40.00 + applicable tax per listing.

  • Each listing is limited to 50 photos.

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Real Fast Photos does not store your credit card information.

  • All sales are final at the time of submission. See Section 5 for our refund policy.

4. Photo Delivery & Deletion

  • Enhanced photos will be available for download in your account once processing is complete.

  • You will receive a push notification and email when your photos are ready.

  • Photos are permanently deleted 90 days after your first download. This cannot be reversed. It is your responsibility to download and save your photos before the deletion date.

  • Real Fast Photos is not responsible for photos lost due to failure to download before the deletion deadline.

5. Refunds

  • If your photos have not yet been submitted for processing, contact us at support@realfastphotos.com and we will issue a full refund.

  • Once photos have been submitted for processing, refunds are not available.

  • If you experience a technical error that prevents delivery of your enhanced photos, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You must own or have the legal right to photograph the properties you submit.

  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions to photograph a property.

  • You may not submit photos containing illegal content, explicit material, or content that violates any third-party rights.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all photos you submit.

  • By submitting photos, you grant Real Fast Photos a limited license to process and enhance your photos solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

  • We do not use your photos for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond providing your order.

8. Limitation of Liability Real Fast Photos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Service Availability We strive for consistent availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
